What you’ll need:

  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 or 2 tsp of loose Earl Grey tea leaves – use your favorite kind
  • A pinch of dried lavender leaves, if your Eearl Grey blend doesn’t already include the petals
  • 1 shot Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Syrup
  • ½ cup milk – almond and coconut is recommended because it has such creaminess it enhances the vanilla and bergamot flavors, but regular milk is fine as well

Make the tea:

  • In a small saucepan bring the water to a full boil
  • Add in the the Earl Grey and lavender leaves
  • Steep tea for five minutes
  • Strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve

To make the Latte:

  • While your tea is steeping set a small saucepan of milk on the stove over medium heat, don’t allow it to boil, whisk the milk for about five minutes (you can use a two hand blender or a milk frother for better results)
  • Add the milk to the tea
  • Add 1 shot Vanilla
  • Enjoy while it’s pipping hot 😉
